What has happened so far on the program?

Since beginning this program, for the first time I am excited about working out. To the point where I can’t wait to workout simply because of all the progress and gains I have made so far. I have lost 11 pounds since starting and went from 16% body to approximately 7.5%.

My strength has skyrocketed, I have always veered away from lower body exercises such as squats and deadlifts, because, “I HATED THEM.” Now the weakest exercises aren’t the most hated.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Noting kept me from purchasing this book. Honestly it came to me as a relief after reading it. I couldn’t believe how simple Mike put things. I’ve read and done all kinds of workout programs that would contradict each other, “don’t do this, do that.” It was frustrating to say the least.

Mike provided information that was a sound and simple with science to back it up. It didn’t feel like I was reading a big advertisement for some type of product or program like everything else I was reading.

What do you like most about the program?

The program worked the best for me. I did not expect to see such progress this quickly. I have yet to miss a workout since starting. In the past the programs I’ve done, I would typically miss one or two workouts a weeks or half a** it, because I just wasn’t into it.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

The diet has been the hardest for me because I have pretty much spent a lifetime of eating whatever I’ve wanted. I’m getting to a point where all that unhealthy food has caught up to me and am now seeing it physically. That’s when I knew something had to change.

In the past I was one of those people who said counting calories was BS and had NO IDEA about macronutrients. Now that I am more educated about the nutrition side of things I think that is why I have seen so much progress with my body.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

Due to my career field in law enforcement the progress I have made has made it easier for me to do my job and feel more confident in dangerous situation, where health and physical fitness can be a factor. I do feel more productive, but most of all I am more disciplined to stay on track and determined to stay on this path for the rest of my life.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Honestly I couldn’t add anything else, just that you keep yourself open to answer question. I think that is what sets Mike apart from everyone else who wants to just throw something out there and make money.

I know the bigger Mike gets the harder it will be to personally contact those who have questions. But he is the one of the few that making it personal boost the confidence in people on top of the no BS program and information you provide with the science to back it up.
