How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

Before picture: 225 lb and 23% body fat.

After picture: 186.5 lb and 12% body fat.

What has happened so far on the program?

I’ve been on a cut for 7 months now and I have lost 36.5 pounds. I’ve improve my strength on my squat by 50 pounds, deadlift by 70 pounds, military press by 20 pounds, and bench press by 45 pounds all in 7 months!

What workout split from the book did you use?

The 5-day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

The fact that I’ve tried dozens of other programs and have had zero results!

What do you like most about the program?

I like that the program has been extensively researched and is super easy to follow. I also like how it changes a little bit every 9 weeks, but you always are working on improving the four big lifts.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

It doesn’t even compare! Better than anything else out there.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I’m way more confident walking around with my shirt off, have more energy, and I am just a happier person overall.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

Anyone looking to change their life and that is capable of using barbells and dumbbells. I’m not exaggerating when I this program will literally change your life!

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Don’t expect to always see progress week in and week out with your lifts–the heavier it gets the longer it seems to take to hit that certain amount of reps before moving up in weight. Be patient, be persistent, and all will be well.

Did you use any Legion supplements?

Yes. Pulse, Recharge, Phoenix, Triumph, Triton, Whey+, and Genesis.
