What has happened so far on the program?


I am 34 and I started the program at 224 lbs. After 3 months, I lost 19lbs of weight while gaining muscle!

I have added at least 30% to all my major compound lifts. I can push and pull more weight now at 34 than I could do in my mid 20’s! Heck ya!


What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Once I discovered Bigger Leaner Stronger, I bought it with no hesitation and I started the program after reading chapter 1!

I have worked out off and on all my life but I never could lose body fat and go up in my lifts at the same time.

In the past, to be stronger, I always had to keep on more body fat. I am blown away that the scale number is going down while my strength and weights are going up! First time ever for me!


What do you like most about the program?

I love the flexibility of the diet. Never boring! I love the simplicity of the BLS workout routine and the results have blown my mind!


How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

My favorite part…it’s simple! You work your butt off without losing your mind! No thinking about super sets, drop sets, muscle confusion, etc.

I’ve been there and done that with minimal results. With this program, you go to the gym and just concentrate on pushing weight. I love that!


How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

My confidence definitely is up! I have more energy and passion for life and I get a lot of compliments too! I never dread going to the gym and always look forward to pushing myself to be better than the last workout.


Is there anything else you’d like to add?

I would recommend this to anyone that is ready for a change! Dudes! If I can do this…YOU CAN DO THIS!!! Simple. It works!
