What has happened so far on the program?

Weight came off really quite fast. I would say most of it came off in the first 3 months, if not all of it. Strength increased during this period slowly. I started off with pretty light weights and have seen an increase in all weights every couple of weeks. I am a real stickler for form and think that this has helped.

Not being bothered about the weight lifted and more bothered about the correct form, breathing and targeting the exercise I think has helped. EVERYONE I see comments on how much better I am looking. Male and female friends and even some people I hardly know stop me and ask what I have been doing.

What do you like most about the program?

The book covers nutrition and weights. I am not a cardio fan and I was eating all of the wrong stuff. I really have grown to love my simple diet and enjoy lifting weights to help with weight loss and strength training for that extra calorie burn, but also the toning and shaping effect coupled with a healthier and stronger body.

Once you get to this stage and are enjoying all of the benefits – you’re hooked!

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

In all honesty, the comparison in your approach and style compared with the myriad of total hype and BS that I came across on the net. I wanted to change, I knew I had to, but the days of endless dross nearly put me off. I came across you by chance and it stood out as genuine help and not some over the top obvious money making scheme.

What are three other benefits of the program?

Getting your shirt off when the weather is nice (we’re getting a half decent summer in the UK this year), understanding nutritional supplementation and so maximizing gains without getting ripped off, and having something to do to unwind that is a hobby and that isn’t about drinking and eating crap.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

Absolutely! I have done many times already. Friends have bought the book and I have handed out a few copies. A good friend of mine has just been over to visit from China and he’s taken a copy back with him! It has been way more transformational than I expected and quite a bit easier than I thought it would be.

At 46 this has been a good time for me as I see so many people “choose” to let things go at around this age (I was almost on the verge of using this excuse myself). It’s never too late to make a start and the sooner you do the sooner you can start enjoying your results! 3 to 6 months is not a huge investment in terms of living a happier and healthier life. Why wouldn’t you?
