How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

I went from 12% body fat to 8%. I gained 14 pounds, going from 151 pounds to 165 pounds. All done in around 18 months.

What has happened so far on the program?

I have cut twice, and I’m starting my second bulk. Right now I’m at 8% body fat and 165 pounds.

I went from benching 145 to now 300 at a max lift. I now rep 90 pound dumbbells on military press, and I started with 40s. I went from 225 to 315 for reps on deadlifts. I squat 315 now for reps, and started squatting about 250. And my form is much better!

What workout split from the book did you use?

I used the 5 day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

My body has responded well from training, even from other programs. However this program increased results unbelievably. So glad I committed to this. Commitment is key.

What do you like most about the program?

I like that it is all laid out for you. And it’s made to work for everyone. The research in Bigger Leaner Stronger is also impressive and comforting.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Commitment has been key for this to work. Yeah I may have missed a day every now and then, but commitment gets results.
