How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

12 months.
Before: 225 lbs and approx 30% body fat.
After: 175 lbs and approx 12% body fat.

What has happened so far on the program?

The first six months I was just focused on losing weight and body fat doing HIIT training. The next six months was strict to the Bigger Leaner Stronger program of resistance training. In those six months, I lost approx 20lbs and lost another 8% body fat to get me to 12%.

Bench went from 145 to 185. Squat from 155 to 195. My deadlift from 225 to 295 and military press from 85 to 105.

What workout split from the book did you use?

I started with a 4 day split for the first 3 months then a 5 day split for the next 3 months. Compound lifts and heavy sets with 4-6 reps per set.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I was looking for good quality info on strength training and nutrition, and I just happened to stumble upon your book and decided to give it a try. Once I started to read I had no hesitation on getting started. I knew I was going to be successful!

What do you like most about the program?

The program is very easy to follow and everything is straightforward and to the point. Other programs that I’ve seen get too complex, and that’s very difficult for people and especially for those just starting out.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

Most programs that I had looked at appeared too difficult to follow so I never really tried. I just cut calories and tried to eat healthier, and unfortunately, that only took me so far. I’ve pretty much been following your guide, and what a difference.

It’s really not tough calculating your calories and macros. I saw all the difference in the world once I started properly calculating what I was eating.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I’m definitely more confident and I have a lot more energy then I used to have. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt this good.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

This program can be used by anyone. If people ask me what I’ve been doing I will happily promote this program.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Trust the process and be patient. Once you hit that point where you really see a difference you’ll be hooked!
