How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

Photo at the beach (18 months ago) approximately 220 pounds and approximately 20 percent body fat. (probably being on the conservative side)

Other photos 12 months ago 209 pounds and 6 months ago at 202 pounds around 15-18 percent body fat. Last photos are 190 pounds and 9 percent body fat. Also once I started proper training and sticking to my meal plans I’d say 5 months to achieve what I’m happy with.

What has happened so far on the program?

Have been on a cut however been still gaining strength. Lost close to 22 pounds and maintained muscle mass at 190 pounds and 8-9 percent body fat which is where I’m quite happy to go to maintenance calories now and gradually build on strength.

Currently lifting 308 pounds on squat 397 pounds deadlift and 287 pounds on bench 176 pounds military press. (4-6 rep range)

What workout split from the book did you use?

Training 5 days started whole still remaining active on my 2 days rest.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing. Once I started Bigger Leaner Stronger I couldn’t put it down. I’ve always been into health and fitness and the information was all backed by research and not just cherry-picked facts like most things.

What do you like most about the program?

The program was simple if anything thought it would be too simple as I was training with the usual drop sets supersets and too higher rep ranges. I also love the free weights I’ve never been a fan of machines so I really like the fact that it’s mostly free weights.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

A diet plan was simple as I just educated myself on the foods I liked eating and was a simple process to making my own meal plans. The tips in the book really helped make this easy to do also The Shredded Chef had some great recipes that I use.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

Increased energy levels, I feel happy and more confident. I also find I’m able to help educate friends and family and enjoy helping others to reach their goals.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

Anyone interested in health fitness and improving their life.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

It’s not hard. I had trained and done 12-week transformation challenges in the past where it was hard and I was always hungry then when it finished I’d pile weight on again. If you get most of the stiff right most of the time then you’ll get results you don’t need to be perfect. You will find your lifestyle will change and it won’t be hard to continue on once you get your results.

Did you use any Legion supplements?

Not yet as I wanted to do this with no supplementation. In saying that I did use creatine, beta-alanine, and citrulline. But I extremely keen to give Legion’s supplements a go. I like the transparency of all the ingredients and dosages and have already recommended anyone that asks me about supplements to check out Legion.
