How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

12 months. I was stuck in a rut, I started Bigger Leaner Stronger 5 months ago and continued progress.

What has happened so far on the program?

Over the course of 2 years, I lost 40 pounds quitting drinking alone, started Bigger Leaner Stronger was able to lose over 20 additional pounds.

What workout split from the book did you use?

5 day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Thought it could have been the same nonsense as the muscle and diet magazines.

What do you like most about the program?

In-depth detail to walk you through all aspects of dieting, training all backed by research, and even in-depth detail on words.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

It works. Gives you the know-how to accomplish your goals.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I’m happier, stronger, and little tasks aren’t as difficult. I get to eat how I like while still maintaining calorie counts and macros.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

I would recommend this to everyone. It gives you the know-how, unlike online gimmicks and false promises, to actually achieve weight loss or muscle gain goals.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

If you’re chasing a dream of a leaner and stronger you, you can chase it with this book. Bigger Leaner Stronger can literally turn your life around and help you achieve the physique you are looking to achieve if you just put the knowledge, and the effort into it.

Did you use any Legion supplements?

At the moment I’m using Phoenix and Forge. I love the supplements. Forge gives me that needed energy boost after a long nights work, or early morning to get in the gym and hammer out those sets. Phoenix is very good at controlling appetite while not completely curbing the hunger and making you jittery, NO JITTERS!
