How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

March 2018 pics= around 200 lbs and 25% Body Fat

March 2019 pics= 174 lbs 17% Body Fat

What has happened so far on the program?

I basically cut the entire time. I tried a reverse diet towards the end but, it didn’t last long. I’m now finally eating at my actual TDEE for the first time in my life.

What workout split from the book did you use?

5-Day Split without fail

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I’ve read plenty of programs and most of them are by bodybuilders. I don’t want to be a bodybuilder. I just want to be in shape and I want the hard work I do in the gym to show.

What do you like most about the program?

It’s simple. After you get it down, you don’t need to keep looking back and trying to remember. It allows you to get to know yourself and your own strengths (and weaknesses).

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

I get to eat carbs. In fact, it promotes them. Hating carbs was burned into my brain for the longest time but, once I put it to the test on my own body… What do you know? You can eat them and not blow up like a balloon. Haha!

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

Definitely more confident. Definitely feel better. It’s hard not to be productive when you force yourself to follow a strategy and drag your ass into a gym every day. Haha!

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

I have many friends I want to show this to. I told them to watch me and if they can visually see that it works, that should be enough proof as they have seen me try and fail at plenty of other diets and programs.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Ugh. This… Don’t let outside opinions steer you away. Stick to this. You invested in it. There are plenty of naysayers who will try to persuade you into “their” way of doing things.

And you WILL question and doubt yourself along the way… Don’t. Eyes on the prize. It took all of 1 year (with a few too many cheat meals at the beginning stages) for me to see results for myself that I was satisfied with.

Still not all the way there. The annoying cliche in 3.2.1 “It’s a marathon, not a sprint”

Did you use any Legion supplements?

Forge, Phoenix, Whey +, Pulse. Honestly, the only one I can say I KNOW helped me was Pulse. Working out with it versus without it, was night and day. Protein is obvious. Whey + is superior because of how pure it is. But, any would likely work I would think.
