How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

4 months. 220 pounds at 29% body fat and now at 165 pounds at 15% body fat.

What has happened so far on the program?

I cut for 3 months and have been slowly bulking during the 4th month.

What workout split from the book did you use?

I’m using the 5 day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

The fear it was like the past programs I used and would see some progress but not much.

What do you like most about the program?

That it explains more and proves that results can happen with the right teachings and methods.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

Diet is much better. I enjoy it more. I’m not starving myself and have been able to get leaner and stronger much faster and can pack on muscle quicker.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I’m more confident in myself. Much more energy. I get a lot of compliments and get more attention from females.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

Anyone that’s willing to change their body and not starve themselves.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

This program works. The best one I’ve had and the supplements help a lot and I’m in the best shape in my life so far.
