How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

The photos represent 3 months progress.

Day 1: 23% body fat and 157 pounds
Day 90: 19% body fat and 146 pounds

What has happened so far on the program?

My cut was done in 90 days. I lost 11 pounds and 4% body fat. My goals were to lose fat and gain strength. Weight was not my concern, and I was surprised that I lost 11 pounds. I began the program at an 85 pounds squat and finished at 135 pounds.

My bench started at 60 pounds and at completion, I was pushing 90 pounds. Deadlift started at 95 pounds and finished at 135 pounds. I started the military press with just the bar at 45 pounds and at 90 days was able to press 65 pounds.

I began the program at our local YMCA, but Covid hit a few weeks in and I was forced to workout at home for the rest of my 90 days. All I had were dumbbells hot to 20 pounds and bands up to 50 pounds resistance.

My coach redesigned my workouts to fit my home gym and even lifting these lift weights, I gained (and lost) so much. When I finally got back to the gym I was afraid I wouldn’t have made much strength progress but I had lost nothing and was actually so much stronger!

What workout split from the book did you use?

I used the 5-day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I have worked with personal trainers and had been lifting weights consistently for about 4 years with little progress in body composition. I was nervous to spend more money and show a little gain.

What do you like most about the program?

The program was very easy to follow. I was glad to have my weekly check-in with my coach to keep me accountable, ask questions, and make changes based on progress and what was and wasn’t working for me.

The progress I made came quickly and kept me motivated. Learning how to do flexible dieting was a game-changer for me and something I have continued to use in my daily life.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

This program was tailored to me. Laura, my coach, listened and applied the things that were important to me while suggesting changes to help me continue to progress. Most programs I’ve done before, along with personal training focused almost completely on being in the gym.

Until MFL introduced flexible dieting and macronutrients, my progress was very minimal. Now I understand what my body needs to perform at my best and to get the results I aim for.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

During my 90 days, I truly fell in love with the process of body composition. Throughout the program, I gained confidence in the gym, and in my ability to push myself in ways I was not comfortable doing before. I have great energy and my sleep is incredible.

My children are young and have seen the work I put in and it has given me the ability to not only explain, but to show them that being healthy and fit doesn’t have to be a constant battle. It’s about getting back to the basics, working hard, and still enjoying the food I love.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

The 90 Day Coaching program is all-inclusive. I would absolutely recommend it to those looking to break the mold and the monotony of being a stagnant gym rat. Nutrition and training go together. One without the other doesn’t make sense.

This program puts it all together and teaches clients how to do it on their own after the coaching is done. It teaches how to be your own coach!

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

I am a 38-year-old stay-at-home mom and I have the best body I’ve ever had. I felt strong before starting the program but I didn’t know how to safely continue adding weight to my lifts. I love the double progression model and it gave me the confidence to add weight safely and see what my body could actually do.

Women can be afraid to look manly by lifting weights and gaining muscle, but ladies, I’m here to tell you that muscle is sexy, especially when it is lean! I am tall and broad-shouldered and hipped but this cut defined my curves and my muscles to give me a strong AND feminine look.

I get questions and comments on the regular about how I achieved this. I still have room for improvement but I know that with Mike’s program I will continue to make progress!

Did you use any Legion supplements?

I love Legion Supplements! I use Pulse, Whey+, Recharge, Triumph for women, and many of the vitamin supplements. I love every supplement I have tried. The Pulse is awesome for my pre-workouts. The tingling lips, ears, and fingertips were something to get used to, but I actually kind of like it now.

Triumph is my absolute favorite. I have struggled with PMS symptoms most of my 30s. Mood swings, anxiety, fatigue, and just an overall doom and gloom attitude for one week every month. That’s a quarter of my life and Triumph changed all of that for me, no joke!

I always knew why I felt the way I did… Hormones, hormones, hormones… But I couldn’t control it no matter how badly I wanted to. By my second full month taking Triumph, all of my PMS symptoms disappeared. All of them! It honestly changed my life and I will forever be a Triumph girl!
