How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

4 months.

What has happened so far on the program?

I put on roughly 20 pounds of weight and maintained 10% body fat.

What workout split from the book did you use?

5-day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I wasn’t sure if it would work.

What do you like most about the program?

Very easy to follow the workouts using the Year One Challenge and all the research provided in Bigger Leaner Stronger gave me the confidence I could succeed.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

The first one I’ve ever tried but I’d worked out for years with minimal results since I had no idea what I was doing and didn’t record anything.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

More confidence, better mood, lots of compliments on my physique.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

People who don’t think they can gain muscle, i.e. too skinny, and those who think they need to crash diet to lose weight. Also, anyone who has bought the fake nutrition myths (no carb, keto, whole 30, etc.).

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Just follow the steps in the book and you’ll get there! It’s also not as hard as it seems.

Did you use any Legion supplements?

Legion French Vanilla Whey+ Protein. I love it!
