When Shane started, he had the equipment and motivation to train hard, but nutrition was the missing piece. He struggled to hit his protein goals, and upcoming travel made consistency feel even harder.

By the end of his first coaching block, he was nearly squatting 200 pounds. By late summer, he hit a major milestone: squatting 225 pounds for the first time.. And even after long stretches of travel, he learned how to stay on track with his diet and keep getting stronger.
