  14. I have no chronic digestive issues (e.g., bloating, gas, acid reflux, constipation, or diarrhea).
  15. I have clear, smooth skin without frequent breakouts or excessive dryness/oiliness.
  16. I have shiny, strong hair and nails that grow quickly.
  17. I have bright, clear eyes without dark circles or puffiness.
  18. I have fresh breath and healthy gums.
  19. I rarely get sick with colds, flu, or infections.
  20. I have quick wound healing and recovery from illness or injury.
  21. I have a healthy body weight and composition without extreme fluctuations.

Then, add up your scores, and compare your total to the following ranges to estimate your level of physical health:

– Exceptional Physical Health: 84-105 (top ~7%)

– Very Good Physical Health: 70-83 (next ~24%)

– Good Physical Health: 56-69 (middle ~38%)

– Mediocre Physical Health: 42-55 (next ~24%)

– Poor Physical Health: 21-41 (bottom ~7%)
