How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

These photos represent 4 months of progress. Before photo is 175 lbs, waist 38 inches, chest 42 inches. After photo is 160 pounds, waist 32 inches, chest 37 inches.

What has happened so far on the program?

I have been cutting the whole time. I have been overweight my whole life so I’ve been focusing on dropping the fat before I bulk up. I intake around 1900 calories a day and keep my macros in check. With the program I’ve lost 15 pounds and 4% body fat. I’m down to around 11% right now.

I”m pushing for that 8-10%. Since following the workouts my strength has greatly improved. I’m noticing the ability to do harder workout with more reps. I couldn’t do any pull ups at the beginning, now I can bust out 15 or so.

What workout split from the book did you use?

I use the 5-day split, and sometime I throw an extra day in here and there.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Absolutely nothing almost kept me. I was ready for a change and Bigger Leaner Stronger was the first book I saw. Honestly, it was destiny because in my 37 years of being fat, nothing has ever motivated me like Bigger Leaner Stronger, and Michael Matthews.

What do you like most about the program?

I love everything about the program. The meal plans, the workouts, the speed of progress, and the satisfaction of obtaining my long term goals for health

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

Hands down, Bigger Leaner Stronger is better than anything I’ve tried for the sole reason that IT WORKS. I’ve stumbled with other diets and workouts and personal trainers, and they all left me discouraged and still fat. Mike made it click in my head and since that day, I’ve never looked back. I share this knowledge with everyone I know. I am a Bigger Leaner Stronger disciple!

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

My achievements have definitely made me more confident. I can now walk around without a shirt on and not feel self conscious, I’ve dropped 6 inches in pant size and two shirt sizes. I have way more energy, I sleep way better at night, I don’t snore, and certain areas (of which women say size matters) automatically increases in size because of the obliteration of the FUPA.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

I recommend this program to any and everyone who will listen. This is my Bible and I spread the good word faithfully. The program works and there’s no bs.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Progress is motivating. Keep going no matter how hard it may be, or no matter how much it sucks! Getting past the mental blocks is a challenge sometimes, but if you push through and force the mental change, good habits becomes second nature and are accomplished without thought
