What has happened so far on the program?

By my 9th month I had gone from 75kgs. to 58kgs. Yet still not satisfied! lol I will continue for the succeeding months and years. The program gave me a huge WHOA about the weight I could lift from the 2nd week. I broke all my current weight records on my big three, including the military press that’s one of my weakest aspects which I really needed to address.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Before I bought this book I read the comments and reviews of the one’s who bought first and also following Mike Matthews and reading some of his articles regarding fitness and the industry we are in. And yes I have tried lots of different programs already, not that I was disappointed on those programs but not satisfied on my progress.

What do you like most about the program?

I did not feel the pump and soreness I’m used to. When I started and tried the program I did find a HUGE burst of strength in it… and could feel much better about it. And will continue it most probably.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

It really give me the burst of strength I’m not used to! As for the diet, I haven’t started it yet just adding some additional carbs and taking white rice again because I cut it  out for almost I year… Just read and research about articles about dieting, but did go for a clean eating habits. In BLS I’ve seen some good examples of diets which I would follow when I got the proper tools I needed. For the workout as I’ve said, really intense! Not to much routine but gives me the hit I want to feel on my entire body.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

In terms of confidence I did gain a little because I’m still not satisfied with my progress. That’s why I’m following now and started the BLS program. In terms of energy really a booster! hehe… Productivity we will see in a couple of months.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

All I can say is many like me started but not most of them are willing to cross the finished line… and the most crucial part of it is the first three months (12 weeks) because if you’re not satisfied with the result most of us quit but remember! “No matter how big or small you had achieved for the first 3 mos. ” “SMALL PROGRESS IS STILL PROGRESS!” That is all I say to myself when I’m feeling unmotivated and unsatisfied with the way I look now… JUST KEEP PUSHING FORWARD! AND DON’T LOOK BACK TO THE OLD SELF YOU ONCE WERE! REMEMBER IN THE FUTURE THERE IS ALWAYS A RESULT WAITING. BETTER TRYINg AND NOT QUITTING! Because when you quit in the end you will ask yourself, “if I had continued what I had started would the result be the same?” Don’t put yourself on regret JUST KEEP MOVING FORWARD.
