What has happened so far on the program?

Since I started the program, I’ve had my ups and downs but I remember that I need to keep at it. I remember that you said in your book that some people give up after a couple of months and well I don’t want that to happen to me. The ups have been that I have been able to see results! My body for the first time actually looks improved, I still have a ways to go but I know that I can do it!

What do you like most about the program?

What I like the most is how it’s easy to understand, it’s not complicated and you the whys.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Fear of failure and not having an idea where to start.

 What are three other benefits of the program?

I have to say 1. Having support from you directly. 2. Proper education as far as gaining muscle 3. The workout plan for the year is awesome!

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

I would most definitely recommend this to someone, I always tell my family and friends to join me and to buy your book! Especially those who already workout. I do this because I know they would benefit from the program just as I have.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Yes I would like to thank you Mike for publishing these books. You’re making a difference in people’s lives and have allowed me to make changes and reach goals I never thought I would have achieved. I have been overweight all my life. Ever since I can remember I’ve been big, with that comes depression, loneliness, and physical problems. But going from 325lbs down to 196lbs has really changed that! I feel great and I will continue to improve! Thank you.
