How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

They represent 7 months.

My before weight was 200 lb at 25% body fat.

My after (and current) weight is 170 lb at 11% fat body fat.

What has happened so far on the program?

I maintained from 1/1/18 until 3/1/18 – started at 200 lb. I cut from 3/1/18 until 7/1/18 and lost 25-30 pounds.

I maintained from 7/1/18 to today and stayed between 160-170 lb.

Bench: 4-6 reps; increased 75 lb. Before/start – 150 lb. After/current- 225 lb.

Dead lifts: 4-6 reps; increased 170 lb. Before/start – 205 lb. After/current- 375 lb.

Military Press: 4-6 reps; increased 55 lb. Before/start – 85 lb. After/current- 140 lb.

Squat: 4-6 reps; increased 170 lb. Before/start – 135 lb. After/current- 305 lb.

Running: 5k before/start- 30 minutes. After/current- 24 minutes.

What workout split from the book did you use?

The 5-day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

My wife gifted me Bigger Leaner Stronger back in Christmas 2017.

I followed other programs and created my own without the desired results.

Bigger Leaner Stronger made things simple and kept me from spinning my tires.

What do you like most about the program?

It’s focused, organized and simple. Gave me the desired results and ability to train at home without all the unnecessary equipment a commercial gym offers.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

The program was straight to the point and not over the top–it offered less and gave me more than any other program.

The workout sessions were not as long and I was still able to focus on each muscle group with out over doing it.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I became more confident when not wearing a shirt and gained confidence in my lifts. I also have more energy and desire. I am more focused.

I would recommend this program to any one that is wanting to get into exercising or wanting better results than what they are currently receiving. This program works. I am living proof!

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Just stick with it. Results take time, motivation, and focus. The first few months are the hardest. Once you have fine tuned your routine, it becomes easier. You won’t regret it. Thank you again Mike Matthews!
