How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

18 months. Before, 243 pounds, and 37% body fat. After, 172 pounds, and 12% body fat.

What has happened so far on the program?

I cut on and off and hovered around 15% body fat for a long time. I’ve cut down to 11% at the lowest and I’m just on a reverse diet at the minute after another cut cycle down to 12%. I’m going to reverse diet back to TDEE and then cut after Christmas down to 8%.

I lost just over 66 pounds in total. Coming from never having lifted before, my deadlift 1RM is now 397 pounds, Squat 1RM at 265 pounds, Bench 1RM at 198 pounds, and Military press 1RM at 132 pounds.

What workout split from the book did you use?

5-day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing. As soon as I saw the scientific references linked in every article I was sold. Nothing sells like cold hard science.

What do you like most about the program?

Knowing that something’s fully backed by science does wonders. There’re no “what ifs”. You follow the science and you get results, so simple and effective.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

It’s the best program right at the top for miles and miles. Nothing better.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I’m a lot happier with the way I look and the way I feel. Confidence is definitely a lot higher as well. Changing my body also drove me to get qualified with ISSA as a personal trainer and nutrition specialist to help others get the body they want.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

I’d recommend it to anyone looking to lose fat, build muscle, or both even. Can’t go wrong, literally.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Any progress is good progress. Don’t obsess over the weighing scale, the mirror tells a way better story.

Did you use any Legion supplements?

Pulse and Phoenix. Best pre-workout and the only fat burner I feel safe taking. Phoenix is a staple in all my cuts.
